We buy quality designs in limited quantities so our items tend to sell out quickly. We cannot always restock certain items, but if there’s something in particular you’re interested in contact us and we may be able to restock it or point you to a similar item.

Yes, we’d love to see you! We’ll even make you a brew if you want a bit of a longer browse. However, not every item online will necessarily be at the shop. If there’s something particular you’d like to see in person please get in touch and we’ll try to make sure it’s there in time for your visit.

Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders on the system once they are placed, but if you would like to cancel your order and make a new one, or make a new order as an addition to your current one, please call us on 01332 944 945. Please note this is only possible prior to your order being packaged and shipped, so if you do want to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Yes, if you let us know when you order, we’ll get in touch to let you know when it’s ready to collect. We have limited storage space at the shop so please make sure you can collect your order within 3 days.

We’re extremely sorry to hear that. We check our items very carefully and we hate to think something has slipped through. Please see the section on faulty items on our Returns Policy page. You can also Contact Us if you have any further questions.

We offer the option of Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (next working day), or Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class (two to three working days).

Royal Mail is usually very reliable, but we cannot be held responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched. During the Christmas period it may take longer for your package to arrive.

If you need something delivering sooner, get in touch via the details on our Contact Us page and where possible we will get things out to you as sooner if we can.

Unfortunately, due to the cost, we currently don’t ship outside of the UK. However, we are looking into options for this and hope to be able to update this soon.
